Our ranking starts with Willms as the 10th ranked player. In 2018, the company slaughtered 73,000 head of cattle; in 2019, the processor increased by 300 head to 73,300 head of slaughter cattle.

Bahlmann secures sixth place with its cattle slaughterings including calves. 170,000 animals passed through the slaughter line here in 2019 and 2018.
5th place goes to Danish Crown Beef. The Danish company slaughtered 225,000 head of cattle in 2019 and 2018 – Husum and Teterow are estimated.
The fourth-place finisher slaughtered 310,000 head in 2019, down a few cattle from 316,000 in 2018. This is the Müller Group.

Third place went to Westfleisch. In 2019, the SCE processed 433,250 cattle for slaughter, while in 2018 it was slightly fewer animals - only 425,000 cattle.
Tönnies takes second place among cattle slaughterers - the company is the undisputed leader in pig slaughtering. In 2019, the German company slaughtered including cutting 440,000 cattle, down from 444,000 in 2018.
The ranking of cattle slaughterers is led by Vion Food Germany. In 2019, the processor slaughtered 725,000 animals; in 2018, 750,000 cattle passed through the slaughter line.
