The IFFA Factory is a fully assembled production line on which a meat product and a plant-based product are alternately produced on site. Experts moderate the entire process live and provide information on recipes, ingredients and processes. The results can be tasted live on site. In addition, the most important associations for mechanical engineering and alternative proteins will present their range of topics and be available to answer questions. The IFFA Factory is rounded off by an adjoining lecture area on which experts and our partners will hold a top-class program.
