GERMANY, Bad Langensalza. The Thuringian Research Center fzmb GmbH introduced its latest trend-setting development named mylab.
This device can be used universally in the analysis of meat, sausage, cheese and dairy products. It is sufficient to crush a sample roughly. Twentyone analytes, including nutritional value, dry matter, pH, water, salt, protein, sugar, carbohydrates and fat are determined in parallel within seconds. They are displayed on the large touch display.
State-of-the-art microsystem technology components enable immediate readiness for use: switch on – warm up – measure samples. Everything works without chemical agents and completely contactless. The one-click software, factory calibration and automatic results storage with integrated sample database make life easier for the user. The device is calibrated to the individual parameters at the measuring location and can be maintained remotely.
Supplier complaints can be triggered immediately after receipt. The seamless chemometric network right through to the outgoing goods optimizes the customer's value chain.
