GERMANY, Lübeck. Food processing solutions provider Baader announced the founding of its holding company Baader Global SE, establishing the company as a European Group.
According to a Baader press release, the new organisational structure will enable the company to take significant steps to ensure its long-term future success while holding on to its deep family company roots.
Registering as a European Company (SE) creates the ideal framework to further develop its corporate structure with various business units and subsidiaries in Germany and abroad for future-driven growth.
The ownership structure remains the same; Baader will remain 100% privately owned by the Baader family.
The holding company maintains its proven management structure with two Managing Directors, Dr Norbert Engberg, Poultry Business Unit and Digitalisation Business Unit, and Robert Focke, Fish Business Unit.
"The Baader Global SE offers a suitable roof for the entire Group. It underscores that Baader is an international company and that we want to continue to grow," explains Torsten Krausen, CFO at Baader.
