Institute launches world-first alt protein research centre

ISRAEL, Haifa. The Technion - Israel Institute of Technology announced the development of a research centre for sustainable protein. With a 5-year budget of US 20 million, the project seeks to promote collaborative multidisciplinary research in the alternative protein sector.
