Trade fair Indo Livestock 2020 takes places in Jakarta
Capitalizing on the growing industry, Indonesia’s economy is projected to grow impressively. Indonesia is the largest country in Southeast Asia, with a labour force of 265 million people, about 70% of the population are involved in the Livestock, Feed and Fisheries industry.The population of broiler chickens during the 2013 to 2017 period is predicted to increase by 3.28% per year on average and in the next five years it is predicted to increase by an average of 5.54%. While the production of broiler eggs for five years (2018 to 2021) is predicted to increase by an average of 4.87% / year while the average consumption will increase by 4.18% / year.
Hosted by the Directorate General of Livestock and Animal Health, Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, the Expo & Forum is a 'must attend' event for decision makers and buyers across Asia. More than 15,000 trade visitors and delegates are expected to attend the Expo, Seminar and Technical Presentation in 2020. More importantly, over 600 exhibitors from some 40 countries will again participate. The trade fair is proven to be the preferred venue for buyers to source for new technology and equipment and where industry professionals get update on the latest technological advances and industry trends.
