S. Black Ltd have been appointed distributor for the CP Kelco range of hydrocolloids for the UK Food and Beverage Industry.
In addition to manufacturing a comprehensive product range that includes xanthan gum, gellan gum, carrageenan, pectin, cellulose gum and micro-particulated whey protein, CP Kelco understands how to use these products to create a vast array of consumer goods with unique textures and excellent shelf-life stability.
The versatile hydrocolloids will complement S. Black’s existing emulsifiers and stabilisers such as non-GM lecithin and sucrose esters.
S. Black are now able to offer a broad range of commercially available hydrocolloids in the industry from CP Kelco, to provide complete application-based solutions and specific help for all customer stabilisation and texture requirements.
