RUSSIA, Moscow. Miratorg Zapad, Russia’s largest producer of frozen semi-finished meat products and ready-to-eat meals reports a 27% increase in production to over 43,000 tons in 2016 year.
The plant with a total capacity of 80 thousand tons of products per year produces more than 150 different types of products and is a key supplier for international restaurant chains in Russia. The enterprise is also certified for supply into foreign markets.
The company’s strategy focuses on consistent growth of production volumes and expansion of product lines to satisfy the demand for high-quality meat semi-finished products and ready-to-eat meals both for Horeca sector (restaurants, hotels, catering companies) and the retail market. Miratorg additionally invested more than 1 billion rubles in increase of the enterprise capacity and the installation of new high-tech lines that allow manufacturing of products unique for the Russian market.
According to the company, Miratorg Zapad in the outgoing year once again confirmed its leading positions on a highly competitive market. They have not only increased the production by more than 25% but also brought to the market more than 12 new product lines including stewed meat, soups and even vegetarian nuggets. In 2017 the enterprise will continue to increase production and start new types of semi-finished products that will be certainly appreciated by consumers.
