In his professional career, the skilled butcher and certified meat technologist already worked in various positions in the meat processing industry, including as R&D manager, production and sales manager. Since Reinhard Nitsch also lived and worked in different countries of the world, he has the necessary know-how and sensitivity for the international sector.
Together with the company’s international customers he develops individual solutions, process optimizations, product innovations and concepts for product safety with starter and protective cultures.
