Meat Attraction Combining face-to-face and online event activities

During the meeting, the Committee confirmed the dates of the next fair, from 2 to 4 February 2021, with a message of solidarity and commitment to the sector with Meat Attraction, explaining all the work that IFEMA is doing to implement the requisite health, safety and access protocols, and to hold fairs with the necessary security and control standards for exhibitors, visitors and staff.
For this edition, the organisation is taking a new approach and combining face-to-face and online event activities, with the motto "Helping companies to connect". It is working on five areas: internationalisation of companies, hotels, restaurants and food service, specialised retail channel, boosting the image of meat products and positioning it to consumers (Meat Week), and the fair as a presentation centre for sector innovation and business development.
The next edition of Meat Attraction will have three main areas: the Product Area (with meat, meat derivatives, quality organisations, IbericoLand, Ecorganic Market, Halal and Kosher area, etc.), the Auxiliary Industry Area (with Meatic: technologies, automation and digitisation, machinery, packaging, equipment, financial entities and services), and The Butcher Shop, a new specialised Area for the retail channel.
