According to media reports, JBS - Brazil’s meat giant -announced the takeover of Rockdale Beef. After weeks of speculation, the world's largest beef processor has confirmed it will take on the integrated beef cattle feedlot, feed mill, meatworks and farming business for an undisclosed price.
