BRAZIL, São Paulo. The International supplier fair for the meat and protein industry will take place in 2020 from 26 to 28 May. The date of the event was set after detailed evaluation of market research, which included data from exhibitors, visitors and industry associations.
"Anutec Brazil is a trade fair created to meet the specific needs of the industry. It is therefore very important to maintain a close dialogue with the market and to have a clear understanding of what is best for both visitors and exhibitors. Only in this way can we continually optimize the event and offer all participants an ideal business environment," says Cassiano Facchinetti, Managing Director of Koelnmesse in Brazil.
Koelnmesse is an international leader in the organisation of nutrition trade fairs and events for the processing of food and beverages. Fairs such as Anuga, ISM and Anuga FoodTec, are the world's leading trade fairs for the established. Koelnmesse is not only organising events in Cologne, but also in other growth markets around the world, e.g. in Brazil, China, India, Italy, Japan, Colombia, Thailand, the United States of America and the United Arab Emirates Food fairs with different focal points and contents.
Anutec Brazil will bring together the key players from the packaging, processing, refrigeration, food safety, logistics, ingredients and services sectors. More than 4,000 visitors are expected to attend the fourth edition of the fair in 2020. These include slaughterhouse operators and other companies from the food and beverage industry, who will gather information on the latest technological innovations in the industry. The high qualification of the visitors is a unique selling point of the fair.
"77% of our visitors are managing directors and senior managers from companies in the sector," says Facchinetti. "It is therefore no coincidence that the most important suppliers in the industry exhibit at Anutec Brazil. Our aim is to organize an event from which exhibitors and visitors leave so satisfied that they return to the next edition. And we are already achieving this to such an extent that 98% of visitors in the surveys carried out for this purpose say that they would recommend participation in the fair to other members of the industry.”
