Butchers in the mood to invest

High expectations. Just in time for IFFA 2007 the afz-allgemeine fleischer zeitung published its tenth survey on investments and structures in the butchers's trade - showing very positive results.

The willingness to invest apparently is very high in Germany. The average investment volume has almost doubled compared to the last survey carried out in 2004. Within the next two years, 95 per cent of the companies questioned in the butcher trade, intend to invest, on average, 111.034 Euro per company.
