BHJ moves production of hydrolysates to Sweden

BHJ announced that it will focus at its German production facility on sales and marketing of soluble proteins and hydrolysed beef proteins to the meat industry.

According to Vilhelm Hald-Christensen, CEO of BHJ, the production of soluble proteins and hydrolysed beef proteins will be moved to the Swedish Ellco Food factory, and Rousselot will take over the production, sales and marketing of Peptan hydrolysed collagen to the health industry. Their business in the meat sector will be expanded.

BHJ was founded in 1969 and is an international supplier of ingredients and meat raw materials for the food, pet food, feed and pharmaceutical industries.

Rousselot is a worldwide leader in hydrolysed collagens for the nutrition, health and beauty markets.
