Now Japanese customers have access to quick service and, above all, the entire know-how around slicers, skinners, packaging machines, food robots and product scanners directly from the manufacturer.

This is made possible by the newly opened location in Yokohama, the Weber Group Japan K.K.

Weber Maschinenbau has been active in Japan for more than 25 years and inspires customers with innovative solutions, uncompromisingly high quality and individual service. Up to now, Weber and Textor products have been distributed through local partners.

“For many customers personal support and rapid availability are getting more and more important when it comes to choosing the right provider”, emphasizes Michael Kleck, Representative Director of Weber Group Japan. As a logical consequence Weber Maschinenbau decided to push ahead the international growth.

For the development of the Weber Group this means being present with own sales and service companies in all countries where food is being processed with Weber or Textor products. An experienced team at the location in Yokohama, consisting of a sales team and service technicians, ensures being even closer to the customers.

Besides the office premises, Weber Japan has its own spare parts warehouse with additional space for live machine demonstrations. “Whether sales, maintenance, consulting or technical service – our customers in Japan can finally access the entire portfolio directly from the manufacturer”, says Shigeru Kuzuhara, Sales Director.

From 11-13 April, 2018, Weber Group Japan was first represented with its own booth at Japan Meat Industry Fair in Tokyo. Many interested visitors informed their selves about the Weber portfolio as well as the latest developments of the company. The exhibition was a successful event for the Weber Company: Especially because of a lot of positive feedback regarding the presence in Japan the team of Weber Group Japan K.K. received.
