EuroFoodChem XVII to be held in Istanbul

The Chemistry Division of the European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences (EuCheMS) together with Hacettepe University is organizing the EuroFoodChem XVII International Conference at Harbiye Military Museum and Culture Site on 7-10 May 2013 in Istanbul.

EuroFoodChem XVII, the latest in the series of flagship conferences, will be the first activity organised in collaboration with EuCheMS in Turkey.

The focus of this international conference will be closely related to new developments in food technology, food safety, food analyses, and functional foods. The participants from all over the world will have the opportunity to hear speakers on a variety of food chemistry and technology related topics. Our ability to continue providing a high quality event is contingent upon support from the food industry.

The European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences (EuCheMS), Division of Food Chemistry represents food sectors of chemical societies at a European level and is recognized as a European authority in all matters concerning food chemistry. The division promotes an effective and continuing cooperation between universities, research centers, food control laboratories and food industries.
